I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic - right on the waterfront and within a small shopping centre, making it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. great value for money!
All was well with this hotel, no complaints at all.

First day when I arrive to Hotel,I am very happy with the location. There's Massage service just outside the reception area(it is opened by same boss). On the second day, My sister had minor injured on her legs during Phi Phi Island Trip. Jin (hotel In charge) provide us all necessary first aid materials. My sister love their massage very much and she even mention she want to bring back one of the massagists who take care of her by changing plaster, do dressing and massage for her after she has cut on her legs. And when we book the hotel, breakfast is inclusive but since our return flight is early in the morning so we can only enjoy one breakfast during our 2 night stays. Surprisingly they prepare more food for our breakfast on first day to compensate our 2nd day loss without asking anything from them. On our returning day to Singapore, Jin wake up early ~6:30AM to prepare toast for us.They might not realize how I appreciate their help whenever I am in need. Overall, I have roller coaster experience during my Phuket trip but what is make me happy is hotel services and massage :)
All the staffs should improve customer service and speaking skill to be more professional. When i was in hotel alone, I have encountered one staff coming inside to hang the poster(for decoration) in my room. For me i don't mind at all because i know that they just finish cleaning my room and staff might not know I am back to hotel but some people may not like it. Some may think of privacy, so they should provide like hanging paper to signal the room service that Guests are back.

The location was very good for relaxing at the beach, shopping, entertainment, food and especially nightlife.
There was no facilities such as swimming pool, food was only average, toilets are very old and the room rate should be lower during this off peak season.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located right on the waterfront, inside a small shopping center, at the center of everything. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a bonus.
No significant issues encountered during the stay.

1, staffs are weird; 2,not sure how Booked.net communicate with hotels, I thought Booked.net has already charged me with credit card, but when I left the hotel, they charged me one more time, so I still dont know have I been charged twice for one night?I Tried to call booking's number 108001202364, but it is not in service.STRAINGE! Also the price is different, it says 980 from Booked.net. But hotel charged 1009.

The hotel is centraly located, just across the beach, and a few minutes on foot, from the night life. The rooms are very good and clean, so it is a great value for the money.
The hotel is small and don't have any facilites, but it is near all the shops, massage and bars, so I think that this is a small price for this hotel on the great place.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront which was fantastic. the staff were also very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any queries we had during our stay.
We did experience a slight language barrier with some of the staff members which made communication a bit difficult at times. the TV channels were a bit limited and didn't offer much variety.

The location was good. Close to the beach but if you´re looking for some quiet time, this is not the hotel for you because its just next to Banglaroad
The staff couldn´t speak english and they where not servicemided at all. I will never stay here again. And when we checked out they treid to bill me one more time for the room and drinks when the room was already paid for when I checked in. Save your receipt. And the seaview was 25% sea, 25% trees and 50% cabels and a powerstation right outside the window

Cheap. Value for money
There was issues with the air conditioning which was later resolved by a change of room. Booking made online was chargeable at 3% extra for credit card payment. There was no sea view as stated on the profile.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was situated right by the entertainment district and only a short walk to the beach. Rooms were basic but clean and well maintained, offering beautiful views of the sea from certain parts of the hotel. the staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
The hotel's facilities were basic and could have been improved, but considering the budget price we paid, we couldn't complain.

the location was unbeatable - right on the waterfront inside a small shopping centre and at the center of everything. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and even breakfast included.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel staff were very friendly and nice people. Though some of the staff couldn't speak English well, we were still able to communicate and converse with them. The room rates are reasonable and the location is excellent. It is just by the beach and just a minute away from one of the best nightlife spots.
